EcoShelf develops cost and resource optimal compliance and permitting strategies for implementation to satisfy all of the major environmental regulatory processes at federal and state levels. We assist in review of permit applications, and in advising on science-based advocacy and comments to draft permits issued by regulatory agencies.
We are skilled at reviewing and advising on the usefulness and robustness of treatment technologies proposed for installation to solve observed compliance issues, and in critically evaluating data obtained from pilot tests prior to finalizing installation decisions. We also conduct searches for technologies and/ or engineering firms with capabilities to address compliance-related issues.
