Founded by Sunil K. Garg, Ph.D., J.D., a lawyer, scientist and former corporate executive, EcoShelf brings an integrated approach to technically complex issues and transaction management.

Dr. Garg currently serves as a Director of the Environmental Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as a Vice Chair of the Committee on Science and Technology of the Section of Environment, Energy and Resources of the American Bar Association. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Intellectual Property and Science and Technology Sections of the ABA.
