Dr. Sunil K. Garg has 15 years of integrated experience and accomplishments combining skills in environmental law, science, technology, and issues management and advocacy. He has experience with the broad range of environmental matters including, Clean Water Act, Superfund, Clean Air Act, RCRA, TSCA or their state counterparts, in several USEPA regions and a number of states, including New Jersey, New York, Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, Illinois and Connecticut. In addition, Dr. Garg has 10 years of experience in scientific and chemical research and development, manufacturing, marketing, market development and strategic planning.
